The hotel is conveniently located near the O2, with a bus stop right outside and events in the area. The pub downstairs adds to the convenience, and the view down the river is lovely. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with amenities like a TV and heater provided. Some rooms even offer a view of the O2 and Canary Wharf.
The shared toilet and bathroom can be a downside for some, and the bathroom can feel a bit claustrophobic.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and cute, making me feel right at home. The rooms were very clean and tidy, and the beds were comfortable. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was close to the tube station and within easy reach of the city centre.
Nothing all good!

This hotel proved to be a great value for money option during our recent trip to attend an event nearby. It is conveniently located close to the local train station, making it easy to reach and explore the district. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that our basic needs were met. The room itself had a very comfy bed, offering a good night's sleep after a long day of activities. Additionally, the breakfast included in our stay was a nice touch, providing a convenient start to our day.
No major issues were encountered during our stay.

I was looking for somewhere to stay close to a popular venue, and this hotel was ideal. The welcome was great, staff excellent, and my room super clean. Tea and coffee were supplied next to the kettle, and very welcome after travelling. The hotel's location was convenient, with a bus stop just outside the door.
Where do I start? The hotel as a whole was vile.

We had a room for 3 of us with single beds, and despite the shared bathroom and shower, it was clean and tidy. The location was perfect for the O2 Arena, with good bus links. The staff were amazing, helping us with our bags and being friendly. The heating in our top-floor room was top notch. I would definitely recommend staying here.
